In 2006/7 we transplanted 10,000 Lavenders from our Stirling fields to Brighton, close planting has simplified the annual weeding chore.
Normally the best flowering times is the first two weeks of July, we try to leave areas uncut so late visitors can still imagine the beauty of Lavenders in bloom.

Hand cutting is the order of the day, bundles are tied and hung to dry in store and in the loft. Don't forget if you can dry your Lavender in the dark, the colour will stay deeper longer.
Toni's favourite time of year, working in the greenhouse with the baby Lavenders.
Donna our bee keeper, extracts the liquid gold honey, the crop is limited and only sold in the Brighton store when available.
Blending and bottling by hand in small batches, we ensure all your products are freshly made for you to enjoy.
